LANDSCAPING EAST WOODLANDS

This meeting is being called to discuss
our plans to clean up empty land in
East Woodlands and provide temporary
landscaping until the land is built on.

The Trust has some spare office space
for rent on the second floor at /
Lynedocn Street.

Three offices are available. Two are
each 190 sq ft in area and a third is
about 140 sq ft. The rent will b
about £1,000 pa for each of the large
rooms and° £600 P a for the small too..
Rates, insurance etc would have to be
added. Tenants will have shared use of
a conference room, kitchen and toilets
and access to photocopying and other
facilities if needed.

The offices are suitable for a small
professional firm or a voluntary
community organisation. Contact us if

We will be giving details of the 36
jobs which are available on the
project. If you want to discuss either
